公司子公司贵州红星发展大龙锰业有限责任公司目前拥有电解二氧化锰产能3万吨/年。

该公司表示，该硅锰工厂将需要来自国家公用事业公司 Damodar Valley 的约 18.5MVA 电力。

并表示在此期间，仅供应长协客户的基本用量。
