Print[Ferro-alloys.com]An official of Ministry of Environmental Protection disclosed recently that China might revise the Environmental Protection Law in April, 2014. According to the new law, environmental protection department might seize the law enforcement power of closing down polluting enterprises. Currently, it only had the power of penalizing and ordering rectification within time limit. Therefore, its authority was somewhat challenged by enterprises in the past.
This revise was publicly concerned, as senior leaders paid attention to ecological civilization, this revise was likely to get done soon.
