[Ferro-Alloys.com] India's Tata Steel has announced to commission an annual capacity of 6 million tons of steel project in Odisha, which will be put into production in March 2015.
The company said the phase one project of the plant is about INR 25,164 crore. Tata Steel’s Jamshedpur plant is the first integrated steel mill project of green space.
Among them, the company has designed an annual capacity of 3 million tons of flat rolled products for cars industry, while the company will continue to increase investment and to expand production capacity.
Besides, its Jamshedpur plant expansion project with 3 million tons of capacity has been completed, and the annual production capacity is able to reach 10 million tons per year.
