[Ferro-Alloys.com] The U.S. domestic base price of hot-dip galvanized steel (HDG) has increased by US$22/ton to US$860~US$882/ton in this week due to HDG prices up to US$893/ton by Nucor. However, it is still uncertain demand in the steel market after New Year holiday.
On the other hand, HDG with 0.012*40.875 G30 specifications raised price by US$33/ton and increased by US$11/ton for 0.019*48 G90 specifications, which both at factory price of US$1069~US$1091/ton. For the galvalume base price in U.S, it is stable at about US$882~US$904/ton.
