The risk of no-deal Brexit arose sharply, and the index of British Pound dropped down. The U.S retail index decreased, and U.S stock index also went down largely. These affects LME nickel. In general, LME nickel price went down. Yesterday, LME nickel was quoted at 12195 USD/T, and its inventory was 200082 tons. After Spring Festival, the domestic future market reopened. Due to rising of LME nickel price during Spring Festival, the price of domestic future nickel rose up largely on Monday. However, there was no good news for nickel market, and LME nickel fell down later, the price of electrolytic nickel went down. In the morning, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 98000 RMB/T.The barrelled small piece electrolytic nickel was quoted at 99200 RMB/T. They were both the same as the prices yesterday. The price of Jinchuan nickel was 98000-98300 RMB/T, and Russian nickel was quoted at 97500-97800 RMB/T.
