[Ferro-Alloys.com]According to the statistics released by the U. S. Department of Commerce, the export result of nickel scrap in February 2016 was 2,549 tons, up by 19.2% from 2,139 tons in the prior month, and the average export unit price per ton was US$3,518.58, up by 3.2% from the prior month.

In February, the average export unit price was up because the exports to the countries like Japan, UK and Australia which purchase more nickel scraps with a high nickel content.
