[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to the latest Customs statistic, China exported 101,465 tons of ferroalloys (products with HS code below 7202 and silicon metal) in January 2015, slightly down by 2.8% M-O-M and slightly up by 1.3% Y-O-Y. The materials were mainly shipped to Japan (22,664 tons), South Korea (24,903 tons) and Germany (6,178 tons)

Meanwhile, China imported 281,735 tons of ferroalloys in January 2015, slightly up by 3% M-O-M and up by 22.6% Y-O-Y.The ferroalloys were mainly imported from South Africa (169,233 tons), Kazakstan(25,454 tons) and Nouvelle-Calédonie (13,802 tons).

Note: In the report, the commonly ferroalloys include the products with HS code from 72021100 to 72029999 and the silicon metal with HS code 28046900.
