Tokyo Steel Hikes Scrap Purchasing Prices at Utsunomiya Works

It’s reported that Japan’s Tokyo Steel announced to raise its scrap purchasing prices at its Utsunomiya works by ￥500/ton from October 24th.
 
After the adjustment, its H2 scrap prices averaged at ￥34,000~￥36,500/ton.
 
Among them, the scrap purchasing prices at Utsunomiya works are at ￥36,500/ton; those in Okayama works are at ￥35,000/ton~￥35,500/ton; those in Kyushu works are at ￥35,000~￥36,000/ton; those in Tahara works are at ￥34,500/ton; and those in Takamatsu steel center are at ￥34,000/ton.
