US DOC to Remain AD Orders on Certain Wire Rod Imports

Reportedly, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) launched its final determination of expedited sunset reviews of antidumping (AD) orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, Trinidad and Tobago, and Ukraine.
 
The DOC determined that the withdrawal of AD orders might cause the continuation or recurrence of dumping.
 
Meanwhile, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) is conducting a full sunset review of these orders.
