Korea’s HRC Imports Drop Further in September

According to data released by the Korean Iron & Steel Association (KOSA), Korea’s imports of hot rolled coils (HRC) totaled 317,400 tons in September, falling by 30,000 tons from a month ago.
 
In September, Japan was the largest HRC exporter to Korea with 177,400 tons, decreasing by 28,000 tons from August; China was the second largest one with 113,900 tons, remaining flat from a month ago.
