The daily crude steel production of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China was at 1.788 million tons in late September during September 21-30, rising by 0.5% from the previous 10 days, according to statistics released by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA).
 
Accordingly, it’s estimated that the daily crude steel output of all the Chinese steelmakers would be at 2.152 million tons in the given period of time, rising by 0.4% from 10 days ago.
 
As of September 30, the stocks of main finished steel products owned by the major steelmakers in China total 12.613 million tons, falling by 607,000 tons from the figure on September 20.
