It’s reported that Japan’s exports of cold rolled coils (CRC) totaled 266,167 tons in August, up slightly from a month ago but falling by 13.1% year on year, according to data released by Japan's Ministry of Finance.
In the first eight months of this year, the country’s CRC exports totaled 2.2 million tons.
In the given period of time, China was the largest importer of the Japanese CRC with 663,881 tons, decreasing by 8.6%; Thailand was the second largest one with 337,413 tons, soaring by 21.7%, both compared to the figures in the same period of 2012.
