MMK’s HR Product Shipments Drop by 14% in Jan-Sept

The Russian steelmaker Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) said that it plans to ship 427,000 tons of hot rolled (HR) steel products in October, down by 2% from a month ago.
 
Among them, 261,000 tons were expected to ship to domestic market and 166,000 tons were for exports.
 
In the first nine months of this year, the company’s shipments of HR steel products amounted to 4.3 million tons, decreasing by 14% year on year.
