PrintAccording to data, Japan’s rebar exports totaled 23,493 tons with average export prices of ￥50,442/ton in August.
In August, Korea was the largest importer of the Japanese rebar with 11,309 tons.
In the first eight months of this year, the country’s rebar exports amounted to 184,719 tons. The rebar export prices averaged at ￥50,320/ton.
In the given period of time, the country’s rebar exports made to Korea totaled 144,235 tons; those to the US were at 10,251 tons.
