Taiwan’s Export Orders of Basic Metal Fall by 4% M-O-M in August

According to data of Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan’s export orders of basic metal and basic metal products totaled US$2.23 billion in August, falling by 4% from a month ago but rising by 2.1% year on year.
 
In the first eight months of this year, the country’s export orders of basic metal and basic metal product amounted to US$17.96 billion, decreasing by 5.8% in comparison of the figures in the same period of 2012.
