Brazilian Flats Distributors’ Shipments Hit Record in August

It’s reported that the Brazilian flat steel distributors and service centers’ shipments totaled 424,100 tons in August, rising by 9.6% from a month ago and soaring by 12% year on year, according to flats distributor association, Inda.
 
Also, the figures hit a new record high.
 
In the first eight months of this year, the shipments amounted to 2.95 million tons, rising by 1.8% year on year.
