POSCO Signs Deal with Chinese Firm on Steel Mill

[Ferro-alloys.com]SEOUL， POSCO, the world's fourth-largest steelmaker, signed a preliminary deal Sunday with China's Chongqing Iron & Steel Co. to build a steel mill in the world's second-largest economy, POSCO officials said.
 
The memorandum of agreement, inked by POSCO President Kim Joon-sik and his Chinese counterpart Zhu Jianpai in China, calls for the two companies to build the steel mill that will use Finex technology.
