PrintIt’s reported that the Korean steelmaker Hyundai Steel said that it planned to raise its export prices of H-beam products by US$10~US$15/ton for September.
After the adjustment, the new export prices of its base-sized H beams would be at US$700~US$710/ton CFR Singapore. Meanwhile, the export prices to other countries will also rise by US$10~US$15/ton.
Meanwhile, Korea’s H-beam exports totaled 719,000 tons in the first seven months of this year, falling by 5% year on year, according to data released by Korea Iron and Steel Association.
