Korea’s HRC Output Drops in July

According to Korea Iron and Steel Association (Kosa), Korea’s hot rolled coil output totaled 2.82 million tons in July, falling by 5% year on year but up by 1% from a month ago.
 
In the first seven months of this year, the country’s HRC output amounted to 19.1 million tons, decreasing by 3% in comparison of the figures in the same period of the previous year.
 
In the given period of time, Korea exported 2.52 million tons of HRC, decreasing by 18% year on year.
