Brazil’s Aluminum Exports Fall by 35.8% Y-O-Y in August

According to statistics, Brazil’s aluminum exports totaled 30,262 tons in August, slumping by 35.8% year on year.

In August, the country’s export revenues generated by aluminum totaled US$57.51 million, plummeting from US$87.81 million in August, 2012.

In the first eight months of this year, Brazil’s aluminum exports amounted to 288,646 tons, decreasing by 13.1% year on year.
