US ITC to Expedite AD, CVD Sunset Review on Pipes

It’s reported that the US International Trade Commission (ITC) will conduct its sunset review of antidumping and countervailing duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes from China.
 
Also, the US ITC will expedite a full sunset review on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from several countries.
 
It’s learned that the US ITC will decide whether withdrawing the duties will cause a continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable period.
