Print[Ferro-Alloys.com] Stainless steel producers in Europe are pushing for an increase of around €20 ($26) per tonne for grade-304 and grade-316 cold rolled sheet and grade 304 bright bar.
The price hikes are for material to be delivered in September and October time, market sources told on Friday July 19. “[The mills] need to raise prices in order to finally make some money,” a distributor based in the Netherlands said.
