Minor metals markets were fairly sloppy last week. Selenium prices continued to decline, falling to $35-38 per lb compared to $38-40. The next benchmark will be $30, said a supplier who is hoping prices will stabilize above that point. Bismuth prices held at $8.65-8.85 per lb, with scattered activity. Cadmium sticks reportedly were sold in Europe at under $1 per lb. The inactive indium market meant steady prices in China of 3,650-3,700 yuan per kg ($595-604), VAT included. Crude indium prices were 3,350-3,400 yuan per kg ($546-555), VAT included.
