[Ferro-Alloys.com]Wang Qinghai, the Chairman of China Iron & Steel Association (CISA) predicted that China’s crude steel output would be at 720 million tons in 2012 and the country’s steel demand would grow moderately in 2013.
In the first 11 months of 2012, China’s crude steel production totaled 660 million tons, rising by 2.9% year on year.
Meanwhile, China’s steel exports in 2012 would be at 55.8 million tons, according to Wang.
