China to levy AD duties on stainless seamless steel tube from EU and Japan

[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to theMinistry of Commerce, on November 9th 2012, China decides to impose anti dumping duties of 9.2% to 14.4% on stainless seamless steel tube importfrom EU and Japan, which will be in place for five years before expiring.
