[Ferro-Alloys.com] Bahru Stainless, a subsidiary of Spain-based stainless producer Acerinox in Malaysia produced 40,695 tons of cold rolled stainless steel from its phase I.

Meanwhile, the company planned to commission the phase II by the end of the first quarter of 2013.

Once the phase II is commissioned, Bahru Stainless will have an annual melting capacity of 1million tons and cold rolling capacity of 600,000 tons.
