Russian Steel Mills Cut HRC and CRC Export Quotes for November

[Ferro-Alloys.com]Affected by poor demand, the Russian steelmakers have announced to cut the export quotes of hot rolled coils (HRC) and cold rolled coils (CRC) produced in November by USD15~USD20/ton from a month ago.
 
It’s learned that Severstal’s quotes of HRC and CRC produced in November are at USD520/ton FOB and USD600/ton FOB, falling by USD20/ton from a month earlier.
 
However, the buyers are still taking wait-and-see position as they believe the prices will slide further.
