Iron Ore Shipments from Port Hedland to China fall in September

[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to the data of port authority, the iron ore shipments to China from Australian Port Hedland fell by 9.5% in September from August.
 
The date showed that the iron ore shipments to China in September were 15.13 million tons, decreasing from 16.72 million tons in August. The price of iron ore was about USD100/ton in September after the price plummeted in July and August.
 
Meanwhile, the total iron ore shipments from Port Hedland were 19.9 million tons, falling from 22.8 million tons in August while remaining flat from the same period last year of 20 million tons
