[Ferro-Alloys.com] Reportedly, Mexico has replaced Brazil to become the largest importer of the Taiwanese screws in Latin America.
In the first eight months of this year, Taiwan’s screw exports to Mexico totaled 11,984 tons, rising by 6% year on year. The average export prices were at US$2.79/kg, increasing by 6.38% year on year.
In the given period of time, Taiwan’s export revenues generated by screws exported to Mexico reached USD33.43 million, jumping by 13% year on year.
Meanwhile, Taiwan exported 9,240 tons of screws to Brazil in the first eight months of this year, sliding by 10.38% year on year. The average prices were at USD2.757/kg, falling by 6.42%.
