Print[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to statistics released by the customs, China exported 113,802 tons of stainless flat products including hot rolled and cold rolled products in August, rising by 9.4% from a month earlier while falling by 30 % year on year.
In August, China’s imports of stainless steel flat products totaled 54,278 tons, rising by 17% from a month ago while remaining flat in comparison of that in a year earlier.
In the first eight months of this year, the country’s exports of the total stainless steel flat products amounted to 957,070 tons, decreasing by 20.8% in comparison of that in the same period of a year earlier.
In the given period of time, China imported 384,964 tons of stainless flat products, declining by 21.2% year on year.
