Brazilian Flat Steel Exports up by 35% in August 2012

[Ferro-Alloys.com]  According to the preliminary statistics provided by the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Brazil's flat rolled steel exports totaled 200,600 tonnes in August 2012, increasing by 35% MoM and up by 33.7% YoY.

The revenue generated by these exports in August 2012 totaled USD 166.8 million, rising by 23.8% MoM and up by 9.3% YoY.
