Steel Exports from Tangshan Rise Sharply in January

It is reported that steel producers based in the city of Tangshan in the northeastern Chinese province of Hebei saw a sharp increase in their exports of steel products in January this year.
 
In January, Tangshan Iron and Steel Group exported USD 13.55 million worth of steel products increasing by 212.2%YoY, Hebei Jinxi Steel exports amounted to a value of USD 12.32 million up by 356.3%YoY while Tangshan Hongzhong Iron and Steel exports for the month in question reached a value of USD 10.08 million rising by 447.8%YoY.
