He disclosed domestic patent protection system was sort of useless currently and legal right of research companies was not properly secured. This enterprise was a strategic partner of Bao Steel, and it cooperated technically with many famous universities of China. Nowdays, it had strong strength on the research of pure calcium wire. However, their product was copied seriously by domestic counterparts and normal business was badly affected. On the other hand, local protectionism was another factor that hampered the development of cored wire industry.
