 However, as a response to the call for ecological development outlined in Nov's reform package, Interim export tariffs on products such as coal, crude oil, fertilizer and ferroalloy will stay, but the export tariff rate for fertilizer has been cut down, the ministry said.

 As a result, FeW export duties stayed 20%.

 China’s FeW exporter showed that the export situation in next year would kept weak for sure. According to the customs data, the FeW export volume was little this year, as the transaction volume in Feb., Apr. and May remained 0mt. Most exporters laid their expectation with the duties change before while the final decision was a hit for no doubt.
