[Ferro-alloys.com]ENRC founders received approval from 95.5% of the shareholders for their takeover of the company. The offer is for $2.65 in cash and 0.23 of Kazakhmys shares for each ENRC share in June. The remainder of investors has until September 25 to approve the offer.
