APNI Expects Indonesia To Control 85% Of The World's Nickel Production By 2033
Meidy Katrin Lengkey, Secretary General (Sekum) of the Indonesian Nickel Miners Association (APNI), estimates that Indonesia will control 85% of the world's nickel production by 2033, she expressed this in a material introduction to the Discussion Group Forum (FGD) held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu RI) at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta.
He believes that behind all this, Indonesia's nickel level has been oversupplied, or even excessive. This will of course affect nickel prices from March 2023 onwards.
