【Ferro-alloys.com】:Comilog, a subsidiary of France's Eramet, expects its manganese output in Gabon to hit a record high of 8.5 million metric tons in 2024.
Compagnie Miniere de l'Ogooue expects to produce 7.5 million tons of the mineral this year.
The company could potentially maintain production and transportation of 8.5 million tons up to 2026, and be able to deliver more than 10 million tons a year in the longer-term, Comilog said.
The French company employs more than 8,700 people through both its Comilog and Setrag subsidiaries.
