China's industrial output is estimated to increase by 3.6 percent year-on-year in 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said on Wednesday.
 
Specifically, the industrial output of manufacturing increased by about 3.1 percent last year, according to the ministry.
 
In 2022, the industrial output of manufacturing accounted for 28 percent of GDP, an increase of 0.5 percentage points over the previous year, the ministry added.
