Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd has informed to the exchanges regarding 5-Star Rating Award received by the company.

At 5th National Conclave on Mines & Minerals held on November 23, 2021 in Delhi, the Ministry of Mines, Government of India has awarded 5 Star Rating to both the mines of the Company.

"It is pertinent to mention that the Company has been receiving 5 Star Rating award from inception of this award by Ministry of Mines, Government of India in the year 2014 -15 and thereafter for the years 2015-16 and 2016-17", said company in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.

Further, the current 5 Star Rating awarded to the mines of the Company are for the years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20, it added.

At around 9:23 AM, Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores was trading at Rs1893.55 per piece higher by 1.27% on Sensex.
