[Ferro-Alloys.com]The EU will conduct a sunset review on imports of electrolytic manganese dioxide from South Africa. The EU imposed a 17.1% duty in 2008 in direct response to dumping by Delta EMD. The review, which was requested by Tosoh Hellas and Cegasa International, will determine whether the expiry of the measures would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and a continuation or recurrence of injury to the EU industry. The investigation is expected to take 15 months and be finished on June 13, 2014.
