TshipiBorwa is located in Hotazel ??in the Kalahari Manganese Basin, Northern Cape Province, South Africa. Its mining volume from March to May this year was 3.95 million tons, which was a significant increase from 2.82 million tons from December to February and 2.36 million tons from March to May last year. .

The average price of manganese ore from March to May was US$4.56/dry tonne, while the price from December to February was US$3.93/dry tonne, and from March to May last year it was US$4.21/dry tonne. The average production cost from March to May was US$2.35/dry tonne, while the average cost from December to February was US$2.24/dry tonne, and from March to May last year it was US$2.03/dry tonne.

Jupiter said that the output and export volume from March to May exceeded the target, which makes the mine expected to exceed the total export volume of 3.41 million tons in 2021, which is the second highest in the history of the mine. The maximum annual export volume of the mine is 3.51 million tons.
