  On April 20, 2021, Vietnam Ministry of industry and Trade issued resolution 1283 / QD BCT, which made interim review final determination on color coated steel plates originating in China and South Korea, and ruled that the anti-dumping duty on Chinese products involved was 2.56% ~ 34.27% (see the attached table for details), and the anti-dumping tax of Korean products involved was 4.95% ~ 19.25%. This case involves products under Vietnamese tax numbers 7210.70.11, 7210.70.19, 7210.70.91, 7210.70.99, 7212.40.11, 7212.40.12, 7212.40.19, 7212.40.91, 7212.40.92, 7212.40.99, 7225.99.90, 7226.99.19 and 7226.99.99.

  On October 15th, 2018, Vietnam launched an anti-dumping investigation on color coated steel plates originating in China and South Korea. On October 24, 2019, Vietnam Ministry of industry and Trade issued resolution 3198/qd-bct, which made affirmative anti-dumping final decision on color coated steel plates in China and South Korea. On December 18, 2020, Vietnam Ministry of industry and Trade issued resolution 3372/qd-bct, which launched the first mid-term review and filing investigation on the products involved in China and South Korea.
