On March 29 and 30, 2021, the Canadian court of international trade (citt) and the Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) respectively announced the initiation of the second anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation on steel grating originating in or imported from China. The customs codes of the products involved in the case are 73089090.10, 73089090.20, 73089090.30, 73089090.40, 73089090.50, 73089090.60, 73089090.91, 73089090.92, 7308909090.93, 7308909090.94, 7308909090.95, 7308909090.96 and 730890909090.99.
Stakeholders should submit the questionnaire for this sunset review before May 6, 2021. CBS will make a final decision on the sunset review investigation no later than August 26, 2021.
On September 20, 2010, Canada conducted a double reverse investigation on the steel grillage originating in or imported from China.
On March 21, 2011, CBS made an affirmative final judgment on the case.
On August 13, 2015, CBS launched the first double anti sunset review investigation on Chinese products.
On December 10, 2015, CBS made the first affirmative final judgment on the products involved in the case.
On April 18, 2016, the International Trade Court of Canada made the first affirmative final judgment of double anti sunset review on industrial damage of Chinese products.
