The largest suppliers in the first two months of 2021 (February in parentheses) were: Kazakhstan, 4,310.5 mt (2,320.5 mt); Brazil, 3,025 mt (1,022.4 mt); Canada, 1,947.1 mt (1,065.3 mt); Russia, 1,784.3 mt (0).

Imports of less than 99% silicon metal were 3,060.9 mt in the first two months of 2021 and 1,346.1 mt in February 2021. The largest suppliers in the first two months of 2021 (February in parentheses) were: Australia, 1,115.1 mt (477.7 mt); Norway, 1,051.4 mt (480 mt); and Brazil, 571.7 mt (328.1 mt).

US imports of 99-99.99% silicon metal were 14,123.2 mt in the first two months of 2021 and were 5,221.1 mt in February 2021. The largest suppliers in the first two months of 2021 (February 2021 in parentheses) were: Brazil, 6,312.8 mt (1,903.1 mt); Canada 4,256.4 mt (2,020.9 mt); Norway, 1,834 mt (576 mt).
