  According to the data provided by Turkish Institute of Statistics, in January this year, Turkey's total exports of hot rolled coil (HRC) decreased by 50.9% compared with December last year to 109640 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 59.1%. The value of these exports was US $600200, down 50.0% month on month and 48.6% compared with the same month in 2020.

  In January this year, Italy ranked first among Turkey's hot-rolled coil export destinations, with its imports from Turkey reaching 20484 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 85.83%, followed by Spain, which imported 20208 tons of hot-rolled coil from Turkey during this period.
