Ferro-alloys.com:According to an announcement issued by Daming International Daming International on February 22, the company’s current public shareholding is about 18.78%, which has fallen below 25% of the company’s total issued share capital. It is understood that in 2020, the sales volume of Daming International Stainless Steel is 1,921,300 tons, an increase of 4.9% year-on-year, and the processing volume is 2,794,300 tons, an increase of 5.3% year-on-year. The sales volume of carbon steel was 2,669,100 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.4%, and the processing volume was 3,131,800 tons, an increase of 3.9%.

It is reported that China Baowu has acquired a 51% stake in Taiyuan Iron and Steel and the acquisition has been completed. Before the completion of the acquisition, the company was held by China Baowu and TISCO Stainless Steel about 8.33% and 8.33% of the equity respectively. Immediately after the completion of the acquisition, Taiyuan Iron & Steel has become a subsidiary of China Baowu, and China Baowu has become the company’s major shareholder (it holds approximately 16.66% of the company’s equity (including the 8.33% directly held by China Baowu) And the 8.33% equity indirectly held by China Baowu through TISCO Stainless))).

The announcement said. According to the disclosure of interest form submitted by China Baowu on December 28, 2020, China Baowu is interested in 207,500,000 shares of the company, accounting for approximately 16.66% of the company's total issued share capital on the date of this announcement.
