  Jingxiong Intercity Railway

  Located in the northeast of Xiong County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, xiong'an station is the largest newly-built station of Beijing Xiong intercity railway, with a total construction area of 475000 square meters, a construction scale of 13 sets and 23 lines, a total height of 47.5 meters and a total of 5 floors. The station is the first railway station building in China using concrete columns on a large scale.

  Since the beginning of this year, Chenggang has supplied 6201.438 tons of vanadium bearing steel, all of which are used for the construction of the station building and pipe gallery of xiong'an station in Hebei Province. Chenggang of Hegang has given full play to its domestic leading advantage in vanadium microalloying technology. With its good strength and toughness, seismic resistance, low strain aging and mechanical properties, Chenggang stands out among many steel enterprises and successfully won the bid for the project.

  Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge

  On July 1, 2020, the world's first highway railway cable-stayed bridge with a span of more than 1000 meters, is independently designed and built in China. Since then, Shanghai Sutong Yangtze River Highway railway bridge will be officially put into operation. The bridge not only has the world's highest main pylon of cable-stayed bridge for both highway and railway, but also has a main span of 1092m, which is the world's largest span and volume of cable-stayed bridge for both highway and railway.

  Angang supplied 12000 tons of Q500qE steel plate and nearly 40000 tons of Q420qE and Q370qE bridge steel to the bridge. In addition, China Baowu Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and Hubei iron and Steel Co., Ltd. also supply Q500qE bridge steel plate.

  Shagang supplied 77000 tons of high-strength bridge structural steel to the bridge and 120000 tons of slag powder to the Shanghai Suzhou Nantong railway project, making an important contribution to the safe, high-quality and efficient construction of this national key project.

  Xingcheng Special Steel and Qingdao Special Steel of CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group independently developed and produced the world's highest strength 2000 MPa cable steel wire rod for the stay cable of the bridge, which realized the world's first application of this grade cable steel wire rod in super-large bridges, and made a positive contribution to the development of super-high bridges in China.

  Supporting projects for Beijing Winter Olympic Games

  At the end of May 2020, 900 tons of vanadium anti-seismic steel bars from Hegang will be directly supplied to the infrastructure construction of Hilton Beijing Badaling Hotel, a hotel signed for the 2020 Winter Olympic Games. JiangXi Fangda Steel Group Co. Ltd develops high strength steel for power grid tower for customers. The products are mainly used in the construction of high voltage transmission project for 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.

  HRB400E rebar with a diameter of 25 mm produced by Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is directly supplied to the supporting projects of Beijing Winter Olympic Games. Filling degree of material type is the key point to meet the negative difference control of key engineering products, and is the necessary condition for high standard to meet the requirements of users.
