After the reorganization, Jingmen Green America and its related parties directly and indirectly held 72% of Qingmei Bang Company, Ningbo Bangpu era indirectly held 10% of Qingmei Bang Company, IMIP held 10% of Qingmei Bang Company, and Osaka and Xingye held 8% of Qingmei Bang Company.
