DLA again offered 3,145.19 of high-carbon ferromanganese at this month’s BOA sale. The first lot is 2,000 tons of domestically produced 76.76% Mn material at Pt. Pleasant, WV; the minimum quantity is 500 tons. The second lot is 1,145.19 tons of Japanese produced 76.45% Mn end-of-pile material that has to be sold in its entirety. The agency did not sell any of the high-carbon ferromanganese it offered under the BOA in December.
