Xinjiang's raw coal output in Jan-May increases 15.9%

[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission, from January to May 2020, Xinjiang's raw coal output was 105.324 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%, and the average daily coal production of was 648 thousand tons, exceeding the historical level of the same period.

 

According to State Grid Xinjiang Power Company, from January to May, the accumulated power generation of the whole region was 138.22 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 11.6%.
